In Vitro

α-Glucosidase-IN-112 (Compound 4i) (0-2.0 μM; 24 h) potently inhibits the proliferation of human T24 bladder cancer cells with an IC50 of 1.93 μM[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Cell Proliferation Assay[1]

Cell Line: human T24 bladder cancer cells
Concentration: 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2.0 μM
Incubation Time: 24 h
Result: Inhibited T24 bladder cancer cell proliferation with an IC50 value of 1.93 μM, which is lower than the IC50 value of the positive control cisplatin.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
