Human

Anti-DAG1/Dystroglycan Antibody (DAG-6F4) (35 μg/mL; 1 h) specifically binds to a unique 7-amino acid epitope (PNQRPEL, amino acids 493-499) located in the C-terminal region of human α-dystroglycan^[1].
Anti-DAG1/Dystroglycan Antibody (DAG-6F4) (35 μg/mL, 1:50 dilution; 1 h, overnight at 4 °C) labels the sarcolemma of normal human skeletal muscle, and its staining intensity is significantly reduced in Duchenne muscular dystrophy muscle^[1].
