Anti-Mouse CD28 Antibody (PV-1) (1 μg/mL) can activate T cell receptor (TCR) transgenic CD8+ T cells (TCRTg101) combined with CD3 mAb (145-2C11) (HY-P990802) to better kill C1498 cells[1].
Anti-Mouse CD28 Antibody (PV-1) (10 μg/mL, 18-22 h) promotes T cell activation combined with CD3 mAb (3C11) and goat anti-hamster IgG[2].
