Anti-Mouse PD-L2/B7-DC Antibody (TY25) blocks PD-L2 binding to PD-1 and blocks PD-1 signaling. Anti-Mouse PD-L2/B7-DC Antibody (TY25) can be used for the researches of inflammation and immunology, such as conjunctivitis and transplantation.

In Vivo
Anti-Mouse PD-L2/B7-DC Antibody (TY25) (250 μg, i.p., 6 h before and 48 h following each allergen exposure) limits the severity of airway hyperresponsiveness in allergen-induced asthma mice models[2].
Anti-Mouse PD-L2/B7-DC Antibody (TY25) (500 μg, i.p., at days 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8) significantly increases eosinophil infiltration into the conjunctivain in ragweed pollen-induced experimental allergic conjunctivitis mice[3].
