HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG for IP
Based on 1 Customer Validation
HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG for IP is an HRP-conjugated,Mouse-derived anti-Rabbit antibody. HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG for IP can binds to the IgG heavy and light chain of Rabbit antibodies.Specifically designed for IP Western blotting, minimizes detection of denatured rabbit IgG heavy(55 kDa) and light(25 kDa) chains, reducing background and improving sensitivity for low-abundance proteins and targets near 25 kDa or 55 kDa.

Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from Recombinant rabbit mAb(Unboiled/Non-reduced) (lane 1, 10 ng), Rabbit IgG(Unboiled/Non-reduced) (lane 2, 10 ng), Recombinant rabbit mAb(Boiled/Reduced) (lane 3, 10 ng), and Rabbit IgG(Boiled/Reduced) (lane 4, 10 ng) using ExactBlot™ Anti-Rabbit IgG for IP (HRP). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non - fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) was incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.

Function
Secondary antibodies are antibodies that bind to primary antibodies in immunoassays. They do not directly recognize the target antigen but rather the Fc region of the primary antibody or the entire immunoglobulin (Ig). Secondary antibodies are typically conjugated to fluorescent groups (such as Alexa Fluor), enzymes (such as HRP and alkaline phosphatase), or proteins (such as biotin).
