Verification Image

Western blot analysis of extracts from U87-MG (lane 1(20μg,negative)) 、Human breast (lane 2(20μg)) and Human breast cancer (lane 3(20μg)) using BLBP Antibody (HY-P86788) . Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% nonfat dry milk in TBST for 1.5 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (β Tubulin, 1/5000) was used in 5% nonfat dry milk in TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Function：B-FABP could be involved in the transport of a so far unknown hydrophobic ligand with potential morphogenic activity during CNS development. It is required for the establishment of the radial glial fiber system in developing brain, a system that is necessary for the migration of immature neurons to establish cortical layers (By similarity)
