Western blot analysis of extracts from HCT116 (lane2(20μg), K562 (lane3(20μg), Hela (lane4(20μg) and Ramos (lane5(20μg) using CD215 Antibody (HY-P84532). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80993, 1/10,000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8004 ,1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Function
CD215 is a High-affinity receptor for interleukin-15. Can signal both in cis and trans where IL15R from one subset of cells presents IL15 to neighboring IL2RG-expressing cells. In neutrophils, binds and activates kinase SYK in response to IL15 stimulation. In neutrophils, required for IL15-induced phagocytosis in a SYK-dependent manner. Expression of different isoforms may alter or interfere with signal transduction; Does not bind IL15; Does not bind IL15; Does not bind IL15; Does not bind IL15[1][2][3].
