Western blot analysis of extracts from K562 (lane2, 20μg), MCF-7 (lane3, 20μg), Hela (lane4, 20μg) and HUVEC (lane5, 20μg) using ETAA1 Antibody (HY-P83036). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80993, 1/10,000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8001, 1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Function
ETAA1 is a Replication stress response protein that accumulates at DNA damage sites and promotes replication fork progression and integrity. Recruited to stalled replication forks via interaction with the RPA complex and directly stimulates ATR kinase activity independently of TOPBP1. Probably only regulates a subset of ATR targets[1][2][3][4].
