  • Western blot analysis of CALR (HY-P72112, lane 2(5ng) and CALR (HY-P72112, lane 3(10ng)using GST-Tag (HY-P80148A) Rabbit mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% defatted milk powder in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HY-P80148A, 1/1000) was used in 5% defatted milk powder in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8004/HY-P8001, 1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Function：The GST tag is an affinity tag composed of glutathione S-transferase and is widely used in the purification, soluble expression, and protein-protein interaction studies of recombinant proteins.
Expression：
Positive sample: 293T transfected with GST cell lysate, 293T transfected with GST-tagged Histone H3.1 cell lysate, HeLa transfected with GST-tagged Histone H3.1 cells.
