Verification Image

Flow cytometric analysis of 1X10⁶ HeLa cells labeling L1CAM Antibody(HY-P85443, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/100 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF488-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HY-P8005) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Mouse IgG Isotype Control (HY-P80757, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).

Function：Neural cell adhesion molecule involved in the dynamics of cell adhesion and in the generation of transmembrane signals at tyrosine kinase receptors. During brain development, critical in multiple processes, including neuronal migration, axonal growth and fasciculation, and synaptogenesis. In the mature brain, plays a role in the dynamics of neuronal structure and function, including synaptic plasticity
