    NK1.1 (NKR-P1C) is a C-type lectin-like receptor expressed on the surface of mouse NK cells and a subset of NKT cells; it is one of the most classic markers used to identify mouse NK cells in immunological research. It is primarily utilized in flow cytometry to analyze the proportions, maturation status, and activation levels of NK/NKT cells, as well as their anti-tumor and anti-infection immune functions.
