HDAC6-IN-86
HDAC6-IN-86 is a histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) inhibitor with an IC50 of 74 nM, and it exhibits high selectivity for HDAC1. HDAC6-IN-86 induces cell apoptosis, triggers G2/M phase cell cycle arrest, and inhibits the proliferation of glioma cells. HDAC6-IN-86 can be used for the research of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM).

HDAC6-IN-86 (Compound 6d) potently inhibits the proliferation of U87MG and U118MG glioblastoma cells, with IC50 values of 2.65 μM and 2.79 μM, respectively, while exhibiting low toxicity against normal LO2 hepatocytes (IC50 = 32.64 μM)[1].
HDAC6-IN-86 (1-27 μM; 24 h) induces dose-dependent apoptosis in U87MG glioblastoma cells[1].
HDAC6-IN-86 (1-27 μM; 24 h) induces dose-dependent G2/M cell cycle arrest in U87MG glioblastoma cells[1].
