Definition:

Recruited to ligand-activated beta-2 adrenergic receptor/ADRB2, it negatively regulates the adrenergic receptor signaling pathway. May also regulate other G-protein coupled receptors including type-1 angiotensin II receptor/AGTR1 (Probable).
