Interleukin-1 receptor associated kinase 4 (IRAK4)

Definition:

Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 4 (IRAK4) is the most upstream kinase in Toll/Interleukin-1 receptor (TIR) signaling. IRAK4 also take part in TIR signaling with IRAK1, IRAK2, and IRAK3 (also called IRAKM) together. IRAK4 can be used for the research of immune response.
