Biological Activity: LG 6-101 is an orally active antiarrhythmic agent. LG 6-101 shows strong antiarrhythmic effects in a coronary-artery-ligation model of rats, better than Propafenone (HY-B0432). LG 6-101 also delays the occurence of ventricular premature beat (VPB)'s and has protective effects against cardiac arrest caused by aconitine[1][2].
