Biological Activity: NDV-IN-1 is an antiviral agent with high neuraminidase inhibitory activity. NDV-IN-1 exhibits in vitro inhibitory activity against Newcastle disease virus (NDV). NDV-IN-1 significantly inhibits NDV infection of Vero cells by preventing the release of virus particles from infected cells[1]. Neuraminidase-IN-12 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
