Neocrocin B (0.1-10 μM; 24 h) exhibits minimal neuroprotective activity against H2O2-induced injury in SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cells, with a maximum protection rate of 10.39 ± 4.85 at 10 μM[1].
Neocrocin B (0.1-10 μM; 24 h) exhibits dose-dependent neuroprotective activity against L-glutamic acid-induced injury in SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cells, with a maximum protection rate of 40.03 ± 3.91 at 10 μM[1].
