E3 Ligase Ligand-linker Conjugate 231 can be used to synthesize PROTAC BRD9 Degrader-8 (HY-162651). PROTAC BRD9 Degrader-8 (Compound E5) potently inhibits the proliferation of hematologic tumor cells MV4-11, MOLM13, Kasumi-1 and OCI-LY10, with IC₅₀ values ranging from 0.27 nM to 1.13 nM. Its activity depends on the expression of CRBN, and shows weak activity in SU-DHL-2, SU-DHL-6 and U937 cells^[1].
