Immobilized Enzyme

Immobilized enzymes refer to enzyme preparations that bind or restrict enzyme molecules within a certain space through physical adsorption, covalent binding, embedding or cross-linking, etc., so that they can not only come into contact with reactants to catalyze reactions, but also be easily separated from the products after the reaction and reused.
