Glutaminyl Cyclase Inhibitor 6 (compound BI-43) (10, 25, 40 mg/kg; i.p.; daily for 7 days) shows efficacy in alleviating MPTP (HY-15608)-induced motor dysfunctions across multiple behavioral performance tests[1].
