体外実験	2.5S nerve growth factor (0.5-500 ng/mL; 1-6 days) dose-dependently increases the survival rate of neutrophils in mouse peripheral blood and peritoneal cavity: at a concentration of 50 ng/mL, the survival rate of blood neutrophils reaches 20% after 6 days of culture, and it significantly enhances the survival rate of peritoneal neutrophils at all tested time points^[1]. 2.5S nerve growth factor (0.5-500 ng/mL; 20 min) enhances the phagocytosis of hydrophilic microspheres by mouse peritoneal neutrophils, exhibits significant activity at 0.5 ng/mL, and reaches the maximum effect at 5 ng/mL^[1]. 2.5S nerve growth factor (50 ng/mL; 15-60 min preincubation) enhances superoxide anion production in mouse peritoneal neutrophils induced by PMA (HY-18739) and opsonized zymosan, with the peak activity observed after 30 minutes of preincubation^[1].
