Biological Activity
Polyethylene glycol dimethyl ether (MW=500) is a dimethoxy-terminated polyethylene glycol ether with no free hydroxyl groups. It is an aprotic polar polyether solvent with low volatility and high solvency, and is widely used in lithium battery electrolytes, anhydrous organic synthesis and gas purification[1].
