C-MPL Protein, Human (HEK293, His)

Customer Review

Based on 1 Customer Validation

C-MPL Protein, the thrombopoietin receptor, is a pivotal regulator of megakaryopoiesis and platelet production, suggesting a specific role in TPO-R-dependent immune responses. Forming homodimers and interacting with ATXN2L, it contributes to its multifaceted role in hematopoiesis and immune modulation. C-MPL Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived C-MPL protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Biological Activity

Description

C-MPL Protein, the thrombopoietin receptor, is a pivotal regulator of megakaryopoiesis and platelet production, suggesting a specific role in TPO-R-dependent immune responses. Forming homodimers and interacting with ATXN2L, it contributes to its multifaceted role in hematopoiesis and immune modulation. C-MPL Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived C-MPL protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Background

C-MPL Protein serves as the receptor for thrombopoietin, playing a pivotal role as a primary regulator of megakaryopoiesis and platelet production. Its involvement suggests a potential regulatory function specific to TPO-R-dependent immune responses. The protein forms homodimers and interacts with ATXN2L, contributing to its multifaceted role in hematopoiesis and immune modulation.

Verified Bioactivity

1.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When immobilized Human c-MPL, His Tag at 0.2 μg/mL, can bind Anti-c-MPL Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 14.3 ng/mL.
2.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human c-MPL, His Tag at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-c-MPL Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 1.0-10.0 ng/mL.
