CDK14 Protein, Human (sf9, GST) is the recombinant human-derived CDK14, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with GST labeled tag.

CDK14 is a serine/threonine-protein kinase involved in eukaryotic cell cycle control, with activity regulated by associated cyclins. During G2/M phase, it modulates the Wnt signaling pathway by phosphorylating LRP6 at 'Ser-1490' to activate the pathway. Through interaction with CCDN3, CDK14 regulates cell cycle progression and proliferation. In vitro studies demonstrate its ability to phosphorylate RB1, though in vivo relevance requires further validation.
