Lauflumide (BisfluoroModafinil) is a selective dopamine reuptake inhibitor and wake-promoting agent. Lauflumide inhibits the dopamine transporter (DAT). Lauflumide alleviates circadian rhythm disturbances in rats, increases spontaneous activity in fatigued rats, and facilitates their recovery from severe fatigue.
