FITC-PLL is a fluorescently labeled polycationic polypeptide probe composed of polylysine (PLL) and FITC (HY-66019), with a typical Ex/Em of 495/520 nm. The fluorescence intensity and lifetime of FITC-PLL are sensitive to pH and FITC density. FITC-PLL can be used for quantifying hapten receptor binding and endocytosis kinetics in macrophages, as a patternable substrate for neuron guidance, for negatively charged phospholipid membrane binding and transmembrane transport, and for live-cell imaging of starch nanoparticle conjugates and lysosome labeling .

Cancer

MS1-96 is an orally active PD-L1 (programmed death-ligand 1) molecular glue degrader. MS1-96 effectively reduced PD-L1 protein levels across multiple colorectal cancer (CRC) cell lines. MS1-96 directly binds to PD-L1 (KD = 2.58 μM) and enhances the interaction between HIP1R and PD-L1, thereby altering the intracellular trafficking of PD-L1 within clathrin-coated vesicles. MS1-96 induces abnormal N-glycosylation of PD-L1, destabilizing the protein and hastening its lysosome-mediated degradation. MS1-96 can be used for the study of colorectal cancer .

SNAP-TMR (BG-TMR) is a cell-permeable fluorescent dye used for visualizing SNAP fusion proteins and performing single-molecule imaging for motor movement analysis. SNAP-TMR covalently binds to the active site of the SNAP tag domain on fusion proteins, thereby reporting the presence, localization, or movement of the protein. The excitation wavelength of SNAP-TMR is 561 nm, and the maximum labeling efficiency reaches 80% .
