Zidovudine O-β-D-glucuronide (3'-Azido-3'-deoxythymidine β-D-glucuronide) sodium is the major metabolite of Zidovudine. Zidovudine is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI), widely used to treat HIV infection[1][2][3].
