Product Information
This product is recombinantly expressed in Escherichia coli, featuring a C-terminal His tag. It has a molecular weight of approximately 54 kDa and a purity greater than 90% (SDS-PAGE). The storage buffer consists of 20 mM Tris-HCl at pH 8.0 and 10% glycerol.
Instructions for Use
1. Add substrate according to the reaction system, 5mM MgCl2, and appropriate buffer salt (such as Tris-HCl), adjust the pH to 8.5, and add appropriate amount of α-2,6-Sialyltransferase (according to the reaction requirements);
2. After mixing, incubate the sample at 37°C for 2-4h.
Note: When the system is amplified, the incubation time or enzyme amount needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation, and low-speed shaking can be used for mixing.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
