12-Ethoxynimbolinin F is a nimbolinin-type limonoid found in the fruits of Melia toosendan. 12-Ethoxynimbolinin F shows low cytotoxic activity against cancer cells^[1].

In Vitro

12-Ethoxynimbolinin F (Compound 2) shows low cytotoxic activity against HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7, and SW480 human tumor cell lines, with IC₅₀ values >40 μM for each cell line^[1].
