14-3-3γ/SLP76 degrader-1 (Compound 13) (4 h) selectively stabilises the purified 14-3-3γ/SLP76 protein-protein interaction with an EC₅₀ of 4.9 μM, with no activity on the IL17/IL17R or 14-3-3ζ/p27 systems^[1].
14-3-3γ/SLP76 degrader-1 does not stabilise the purified 14-3-3γ/SLP76 protein-protein interaction in an SPR assay^[1].
