2',2'-Difluorodeoxyuridine 5'-diphosphate
2',2'-Difluorodeoxyuridine 5'-diphosphate (dFdUDP) is an intracellular phosphorylated nucleotide metabolite formed from 2′,2′-Difluorodeoxyuridine (HY-138253) during exposure to Gemcitabine (HY-17026), and it shows low intracellular concentrations in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. 2',2'-Difluorodeoxyuridine 5'-diphosphate can be used in cancer-related research.

Biological Activity
2',2'-Difluorodeoxyuridine 5'-diphosphate , together with dFdUMP and dFdUTP, is characterized by low intracellular accumulation levels. This result raises doubts about whether dFdU nucleotides including dFdUDP are truly involved in the cytotoxic anti-tumor effect of Gemcitabine (HY-17026) in vivo[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
