2′,7-Diacetyltaxol is an acetylated derivative of Paclitaxel (HY-B0015) and a cytotoxic agent. 2′,7-Diacetyltaxol is isolated from the acetylated fraction of Taxus brevifolia Nutt. 2′,7-Diacetyltaxol exhibits anticancer activity against oral epidermoid carcinoma. 2′,7-Diacetyltaxol is applicable to the research of neurological diseases.
