Anti-Mouse Vβ4 TCR Antibody (KT4) (200 μg, i.p., on day 4 and day 2 before infection, on the day of infection, and once a week after infection) does not significantly prolong the survival time of transplanted skin in MHV68 virus injected C57BL/6 mice with a skin transplantation model[1].
Anti-Mouse Vβ4 TCR Antibody (KT4) (300 μg, i.p., once every 3 days, for 10 days) reduces the proportion of Vβ4+ T cells but does not affect their function in C57BL/6 mice with a MHV68 virus injection model[2].

Animal Model: 1×105 PFU MHV68 virus injected C57BL/6 mice (6-12 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 4 and day 2 before infection, on the day of infection, and once a week after infection
Result: Caused depletion of Vβ4+ T cells but failed to improve transplant rejection.
Animal Model: 1×103 PFU MHV68 virus injected C57BL/6 mice (8-14 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 300 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 3 days, for 10 days
Result: Reduced the proportion of Vβ4+ T cells.
Did not affect the production of IFNγ.
