    Western blot analysis of extracts from NIH-3T3 (lane 1(20μg)) 、Mouse heart (lane 2(20μg)) 、Mouse lung (lane 3(20μg)) 、Rat lung (lane 4(20μg)) and Rat heart (lane 5(20μg)) using CD34 Antibody. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% nonfat dry milk in TBST for 1.5 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HY-P81098, 1/1000) , competitor's antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (GAPDH, 1/10000) was used in 5% nonfat dry milk in TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
