Verification Image

Western blot analysis of extracts from Jurkat (lane 1(20μg)) 、NIH-3T3 (lane 2(20μg)) and Rat testis (lane 3(20μg)) using DPF2 Antibody (HY-P86847) . Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% nonfat dry milk in TBST for 1.5 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Hsp90, 1/10000) was used in 5% nonfat dry milk in TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Background

Function：Plays an active role in transcriptional regulation by binding modified histones H3 and H4 (PubMed:27775714, PubMed:28533407). Is a negative regulator of myeloid differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells (PubMed:28533407). Might also have a role in the development and maturation of lymphoid cells (By similarity). Involved in the regulation of non-canonical NF-kappa-B pathway (PubMed:20460684)
