Subcellular Localization：Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein

Subunit：Heterodimer of an alpha and a beta subunit. Beta-5 (ITGB5) associates with alpha-V (ITGAV). Interacts with MYO10 (PubMed:15156152). Interacts with DAB2.
