    Western blot analysis of extracts from HepG2(lane2(20μg), NIH/3T3(lane3(20μg), A431(lane4(20μg) and Jurkat(lane5(20μg) using LTBR Antibody (HY-P84288). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80993, 1/10,000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature.     LTBR receptor for the heterotrimeric lymphotoxin containing LTA and LTB, and for TNFS14/LIGHT. Activates NF-kappa-B signaling pathway upon stimulation with lymphotoxin (LTA(1)-LTB(2)). Promotes apoptosis via TRAF3 and TRAF5. May play a role in the development of lymphoid organs[1].
