Western blot analysis of extracts from HEK293(lane 2(20μg) , Hela (lane 3(20μg) ,C2C12(lane 4(20μg)and Ramos( lane 5(20μg) using Phospho-CDC37 (Ser13) Antibody (HY-P80962). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody ( 1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80993，1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8001，1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Function：Co-chaperone that binds to numerous kinases and promotes their interaction with the Hsp90 complex, resulting in stabilization and promotion of their activity (PubMed:8666233). Inhibits HSP90AA1 ATPase activity (PubMed:23569206)

Forms a complex with Hsp90/HSP90AB1 and CDK6 (PubMed:9482106). Interacts with HSP90AA1 (PubMed:23569206, PubMed:27353360).
