Verification Image

Western blot analysis of extracts from NIH-3T3(lane 2, 20μg), C2C12(lane 3, 20μg), MCF-7(lane 4, 20μg) and HT-29(lane 5, 20μg) using RBP1 Antibody (HY-P88139). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hours at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/2000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80993, 1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8004, 1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Function：Cytoplasmic retinol-binding protein (PubMed:22665496, PubMed:26900151, PubMed:28057518). Accepts retinol from the transport protein STRA6, and thereby contributes to retinol uptake, storage and retinoid homeostasis (PubMed:15632377, PubMed:22665496)
