CDK9-IN-49 (Example 27) (0.00000256-1 μM, 3 days) potently inhibits the viability of MOLM-13 acute myeloid leukemia cells, LNCaP prostate cancer cells, and MV-4-11 acute myeloid leukemia cells, with IC₅₀ values of 0.428, 0.72, and 1.29 nM, respectively^[1].
