Definition:
Parathyroid hormone type 1 receptor (PTHR1), a class B G-protein-coupled receptor, is critical for calcium homeostasis and is a therapeutic target for osteoporosis and hypoparathyroidism.PTHR1 affects cell viability, apoptosis, migration, invasion and colony formation, possibly by regulating AGT/CCL9 in osteosarcoma (OS) cells.
