Biological Activity: WF-10129 is a cytotoxic steroidal compound isolated from the plant Physalis. WF-10129 inhibits liver cancer cell proliferation, induces apoptosis, interferes with metabolism, and significantly reduces lactate production in vitro and in vivo. WF-10129 can also exert anti-tumor activity by regulating the expression of related genes and proteins through the AKT-p53 pathway.
