Hsp90-IN-17 binds to the N-terminal ATP-binding pocket of Hsp90, inhibits its chaperone function, and induces the degradation of Hsp90 client proteins. Hsp90-IN-17 inhibits cancer cell proliferation. Hsp90-IN-17 can be used in the research of ovarian cancer[1][2].
