Biological Activity: HCV NS5B polymerase-IN-3 (Compound 30a) is an inhibitor of the HCV NS5B polymerase. HCV NS5B polymerase-IN-3 exhibits anti-HCV activity in the Huh7 replicon cell line with an EC50 of 0.23 μM and shows no obvious cytotoxicity. HCV NS5B polymerase-IN-3 can be used in research related to the hepatitis C virus[1].
