Biological Activity: LPE-1 is a lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1) inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.65 μM. LPE-1 inhibits the proliferation of gastric cancer, liver cancer and prostate cancer cells, and shows no activity against a subset of gastric cancer cells. LPE-1 is applicable for the research of gastric cancer, liver cancer and prostate cancer[1].
