Biological Activity: NS5A-IN-4 (Compound 1.12) is an orally active pan-genotypic hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS5A inhibitor with IC50 values of 1.2, 2296, 4.6, 362, 10.3 and 693 pM against gT1b, gT1a, gT2a, gT3a, gT4a and gT5a[1]. NS5A-IN-4 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
