Biological Activity: DDR1-IN-5 is a selective Discoidin Domain Receptor family, member 1 (DDR1) inhibitor with an IC50 of 7.36 nM. DDR1-IN-5 inhibits auto-phosphorylation DDR1b (Y513) with an IC50 of 4.1 nM. DDR1-IN-5 has anti-cancer activity[1]. DDR1-IN-5 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
