SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro-IN-33 shows excellent anti-SARS-CoV-2 viral activity in the HEK293T-AT cell model with an EC50 of 0.017 μM. SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro-IN-33 can be used for the study of COVID-19 infetction[1].
