Tetramethylfluthrin contributes to rapid Aedes albopictus population reduction when deployed via unmanned aerial vehicle cold mist spray. Tetramethylfluthrin exerts a knock-down effect and exhibits high toxicity to target insects. Tetramethylfluthrin can be used for the research of dengue fever and dengue hemorrhagic fever[1].
