Biological Activity: Tyrosinase-IN-52 is a synthetic heterocyclic derivative of 4-(4-fluorobenzyl) piperazine-acetanilide that possesses tyrosinase inhibitory activity (mushroom IC50 = 85.24 μM). Tyrosinase-IN-52 modulates melanogenesis through a biphasic effect, thereby regulating melanin content, and weakly scavenges DPPH radicals. Tyrosinase-IN-52 exhibits low cytotoxicity against mouse fibroblast 3T3 cells. Tyrosinase-IN-52 can be used for pigmentation-related research[1].
